Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F738090343033, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-21. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 235520, and the small business size standard is $11.5 Million. Line item 0001: The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove existing carpeting and replace with new government furnished carpeting while office furniture remains in place. Location of work is building 1700, 203 West Losey St, Scott Air force Base IL. Inspection and acceptance of work shall be done at the site. A site visit will be held on 6 Feb 01, at 9:00am Central Standard Time, offerors will meet at the 375 Contracting Squadron, 201 E Losey St, Bldg 50, Scott AFB IL, proceed to the job site, and drawings detailing the work will be furnished at that time. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award of this acquisition will be based on Best Value to the Government and price. Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
