This is a sources sought synopsis. Peterson Air Force Base Colorado Springs is anticipating developing a Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA) for Cellular Air Time. The anticipated schedule will include specific rate plans, maintenance and equipment. We anticipate that this BPA could be utilized throughout the Department of Defense as a means of ordering Cellular service.
