Description

Provide Heart Lung Perfusionist Packs at the VA SLC Health Care System, Salt Lake City, Utah. The Perfusionist pack will contain one package of each of the following items: Custom Tubing Pack, Soft Shell Venous Reservoir Bag, Blood Oxygenator, Micro-Filtered Cardiotomy Reservoir & Blood Cardioplegia Delivery Set as per specifications terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation. Contract will be a firm fixed price contract using Negotiated procedures subject to the availability of funds. Contract will run from the date of award through 03-31-02 with four one year options to extend the term of the contract.
