Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12/6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being request and a written solicitation willnot be issued. RFP #1245899. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in efect through FAC #97-14. The U.S. Government Printing Office requires a pollution control system capable of treating up to 4000 CFM of exhaust from the dryers of three offset web presses. The oxidizer must reduce the level of VOCs in the exhaust by at least 90%. Teh contractor will be required to provide the oxidizer and to completely install the system as a 'turn key' installation in accordance with GPo specifications and drawings. One system is being procured. Delivery shall be at the U.S. Government Printing Office, Central Receiving, Room C170A, Washington, DC 20401.
