Description

This is a small business set-aside, heavy construction services contract (NAICS 234990) intended to close an 11-12 acre portion of the Ft Wainwright landfill and to stabilize the side slopes for the entire landfill. There will be a base item to stabilize the side slopes adjacent to the 11-12 acres. Options will be used to cap and cover the 11-12 acre portion and to stabilize the remaining side slopes. The contractor shall furnish personnel, services, equipment, tools, materials, plant supervision, and other items, as may be required to accomplish the work. Responders are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options anytime after award of the base contract.
