Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Replace Station Roofs at U.S. Coast Guard Station Oregon Inlet, Bodie Island, NC. Base Work items include: 1.1 Removing all roofing materials on the multi-purpose building and shop building. Remove all roofing materials to completely expose the wood roof sheathing. Removal of roofing materials to include cedar shake shingles, felts, flashings, drip edges and ridge vents on both buildings. Remove gutters and downspouts on both buildings. Remove lighting rods. 1.2 Provide and install new cedar roof shingles and felt, new ridge vents, new flashings, new gutters and downspouts and new drip edge on the multi-purpose building and shop building. Reinstall lightning rods. The period of performance is 70 days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated range of this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00, and in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is open to both small and large businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is (235610 formerly SIC Code 1761). The Small Business Size standard is $11.5 million.
