Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Firm-Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Contract for the pick-up and disposal of Biohazard Waste of which the material must be transported for treatment in Red 32 gallon reusable containers or in single use 18 x 18 x 22 corrugated containers and packed in accordance with South Dakota Title 74 Guidelines for the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Soldier Creek Road, Rosebud, South Dakota 57570, Attn: Facilities Management. This service will be performed in accordance to the Statement of Work as included in the solicitation packet. Request for solicitation packet RFQ-01-032 shall be made in writing or telefax at (605) 226-7669 and will be made available approximately 15 days after publication of this announcement.
