Due to formatting errors, the original notice is corrected to read as follows: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to seal the concrete deck (South pier) at the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC) Portsmouth, Portsmouth, VA. Base Work Items include: Provide methacrylate resin concrete deck seal coat for 600 ft. x 40 ft. USCG large vessel pier. Provide sand and methacrylate resin fill for 1200 linear feet of 1/4 inch x 1/4 inch longitudinal cracks. Provide sand and methacrylate resin fill for 2300 linear feet of 3/8 inch x 1/2 inch lateral joints. Provide sand and methacrylate resin seal for spall repair with a total area not to exceed 30 square feet. NOTE: This project involves Phasing. PHASE I-Deck seal for area of South Pier south of centerline. PHASE II-Deck seal for area of South Pier north of centerline. The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated range of this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00, and in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is open to both small and large businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235990 (formerly SIC Code 1799). The Small Business Size standard is $11.5 million.
