Description

The Kootenai National Forest Fortine Ranger District, is soliciting quotes for the Swamp Area BMP Improvement. The profect includes installation of new culverts, construction of drain dips, installation of surface water deflectors, placement and compaction of borrow and aggregate, riprap placement, revegetation and equipment rental. Location is in the Swamp Creek area of the Fortine Ranger District, Forest Roads 3561A, 3562, 3581, and 7929.The estimated date for a Notice to Proceed will be about May 1, 2001. Completion date is October 15, 2001. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
