Description

17. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement to contract for consulting services to support the Bureau's Outreach Recruitment Initiative (BORI). This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. These services include coordinating the USGS efforts to expand the applicant pools to increase the diversity of the USGS, school selection and identification of Bureau recruitment teams and providing recruitment training and advice to USGS team members on ways to incorporate the BORI into the Bureaus employment practices. Targeted consulting assistance is also required in matters relating to college relations, project planning and program evaluation. A solicitation will be available by approximately February 14,2001. All responsible sources which are small business may submit an offer. See Numbered Note 1.*****
