Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5), to Patricia Madson, 2913 Killarney Drive, Laporte, CO 80535 to provide continued support for program planning, document review, process analysis and consultation for HQ processing systems of DSCMO. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
