- This requirement is synopsized for information purposes only as a sole source requirement with Lucent Technologies in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to upgrade the audio system, install new gallery microphones and upgrade/program AMX control panel in the Headquarters VTC facility. Lucent Technologies installed the current system and is uniquely qualified to supply and the install the necessary equipment.
