Synthesize and furnish EPA-registered Disrupt II gypsy moth mating disruptant using active ingredient furnished by Forest Service for base year and two option years (approximately 100,000-145,000 acre equiavalents each year). Estimated price is $1,000,000-$5,000,000 for the total base year plus two option years. This is anticipated to be a sole source negotiation with Hercon Environmental, Emigsville, PA, who offers the only EPA registered product.
