Description

The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to The University of Southern California MOSIS Service/Information Science Institute on other than full and open competitive basis for services to fabricate 3 lots of 25 integrated circuit chips using MOSIS service process : HP 0.5 micron CMOS on a 14.60 square mn chip area and 5 lots of 25 integrated circuit chips using MOSIS service process: HP 0.5 micron CMOS on a 5.06 square mn chip area. NRL to supply wafers. Award will be made on the sole source basis to maintain compatibility with existing circuits. See Note 22.
