Suppliers capable of providing these parts must so indicate in writing to: Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-T-TM (KIM), Building 1202W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response MUST include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with the parts that will be form, fit and functionally interchangeable with the parts from the previous supplier. Successful supplier will be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army and be delivered on time. The deadline for response is February 9, 2001.
