This item is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to the approved small businesses, Mason Electric Co., Sub of Esterline Technologies Corp., 605 8th St., P.O. Box 311, San Fernando, CA 91341-0311 and Delta Products and Development Corp., 100 Aniline Ave., Holland, MI 49424. Required delivery with First Article is 92 each due 315 days after contract award (DACA) and 92 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 198 days DACA. Required delivery without First Article is 92 each 210 DACA and 92 each per month thereafter until contract completion. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified sources require acquisition of the part from the approved sources. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
