Description

Solicitation for NSN 1615-01-220-4641/Purchase Request YPG00350000345; Sikorsky P/N 65396-12203-043, Support Assembly, Bearing Gearbox. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. All alternate offerors who wish to be considered MUST submit a complete technical data package for evaluation and approval before they can be considered for award. This is a critical application item for Government aircraft. The requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 apply.
