Description

Seat Pallet Kit consist of two seating pallets and forward extensin. The Seating Pallet is 88" x 108" with outboard hinged side extension. The Seat pallet is equipment with three double end tree triple airline seats (Zero Time) with a minimum aisle of 18" Pallets structure consist of a solid aluminum peripheral frame with mechanically fastened structurel members located to support seats and roller surface (3.44" thick). Upper surface of the pallet consists of mechanically fastened honeycomb floor panels, with sound dampening materials installed between inner structural member and a lower aluminum slin. Pallet should be equipped with anti-rattle screws built into the floor panels at the forward end of each pallet. The forward extension ties to the d-rings on the cargo floor and and contains hinged side extensions. The Foward Extension is installed forward of the first seating pallet to provide an unobstruted walkway in the aircraft. The seat are covered with blue fabric and the pallet, forward extension and side, extension will be covred with blue floorcovering. Technical manuals for Operation/Maintenace.Repair and an Illustred Parts breakdown are required. The pallet and its contents, and the pallet restrains, shall be design for the following/ Factor to be applied individually Foward 9.0g Ultimate, Down 8.0g Ultimate, Up 5.4g Ultimate, Side 4.0g Ultimate and Aft 3.0g Ultimate.
