NAICS 233320-Perform initial space alterations including demo, electric, HVAC, carpet and paint, at the Federal Building/Post Office, 657 2nd Ave. N., Fargo, ND. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on January 30, 2001. Total time for completion is 90 days. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000.
