Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for Solicitation N62766-00-R-0203. The project includes fire pump structure reinforced concrete foundations, walls, beams, floor sand roof slabs, modified bitumen sheet roofing on rigid roof insulation, flashing and sheet metal work, door, louvers, painting, diesel fire pump and accessories, automatic wet pipe fire sprinkler system, automatic interior and radio fire alarm system electrical work. Steel water storage tank will be Contractor designed on reinforced concrete foundations. Site work includes water, sewer and electrical connections and site preparation. The location of the work is at the Guam Army National Guard, Barrigada, Guam, Marianas Islands. The performance period is 360 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
