Description

Construction of the gravity sewer mains and sewer services line in the Oglala Community on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Shannon County, South Dakota. This will be a fixed-price contract. Duration of the contract will be ninety (90)days from the date of Notice to Proceed. IFB 241-01-BI-3479 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation package. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
