Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5, to William Carter, 6667 Hillandale Road, Chevy Chase, MD 20815 to perform statistical data analysis and modeling on topics such as the analysis of the success of school-to-work programs and the effects of hiring and training practices on the economic success of businesses. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
