Description

The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located in northern Virginia within the following areas: Counties of Clarke, Culpepper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, Greene, Loudoun, Madison, Page, Prince William, Rappahannock, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Stafford and Warren. Independent Cities of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Harrisonburg, Manassas, Manassas Park, and Winchester. The contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area to be served. The contract shall be for one year with a possible extension of two additional one year periods. This requirement is totally set-aside for small business concerns. The RFP will available on or about 2/15/01. Requests for the RFP must be made in writing and may be submitted via facsimile to (215) 656-3453.
