Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requires full-time, on-site, Sign Language Interpreting Services. This solicitation is under the COMMERCIAL services item procedures as prescribed in FAR Part 12 and the test program described in FAR 13.5. The services required include voice-to-sign, sign-to-voice, TTY, and other forms of specialized or computerized communications. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who offer conforming to the Statement of Work and Evaluation criteria is most advantageous to the Government. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 541930 and the Small Business size standard is $5 million annual average gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) under FebBizOpps at www.eps.gov. Choose the "EPS for Vendors" option followed by selection of the DOT section. The solicitation and related documents will be posted under RFP number DTFH61-01-R-00038. NO WRITTEN, TELEPHONIC, FACSIMILE, OR E-MAIL REQUESTS will be honored. Interested parties can register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by e-mail. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the EPS (FebBizOpps) website for any solicitation amendments.
