Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate a follow-on contract on a sole source basis under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), Only one responsible source, with the Mount Washington Observatory, Post Office Box 2310, North Conway, NH 03860. The contractor shall provide meteorological observations and services set forth in the Cooperative Agreement between the National Weather Service and Mount Washington Observatory, signed November 2, 1994, for services provided atop Mount Washington. The performance shall be through Sepbember 30, 2001. See Note 22.
