Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award sole source contracts to State Agencies to conduct inspections of feed establishments to determine compliance with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and with 21 CFR 589.2000. The State Agencies must have the authority and capability necessary to gain access to private commercial establishments in order to conduct regulatory inspections. SEE Note 22. The solicitation will be available on or about 3/15/01 on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and amendments. It is the offeror_s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Hard copies will be provided to individuals eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act upon request.
