Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Club's Veterans Night to be conducted March 31, 2001. We are seeking anything to to with veterans; such as things from the VFW's or American Legions. Estimation for all prizes is $750. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 09 March 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
