Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Club's Gourmet Night to be conducted 24 May 2001. We are seeking Any specialty foods or decorations that have a cajun theme. Estimation for all prizes is $500. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 04 May 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
