Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Analytical Engines Inc., 7918 Jones Branch Drive/Suite 600, McLean, VA, 22102. DISA has a requirement for nine (9) single-user NetRule user licenses and one (1) standard NetRule license as required by the end user. The NetRule software provides the ability to plan network changes. It uses queuing theory, mathematical modeling, search algorithms, expert systems, and component-level simulations to quickly and accurately predict the performance of network systems. Details of the specification will be faxed upon request. This synopsis is a notice of the intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
