Description

The government intends to acquire Digital Electronic Control Unit (DECU) 2000 for the T700-701C MH-60 helicopter engine on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source of supply is GE Aircraft Engines, 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01910. The desired DECU is a modified Navy Seahawk SH-60B DECU (USN P/N 5086T84P04, USN Assembly No. 3049T98G03). The T700-701C engine and the DECU are manufactured by GE Aircraft Engines. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. The quantity is 3 each. This is a DO-A1 rated order. A purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures is anticipated. The RFQ number is USZA95-01-Q-0017. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413; the business size is 1000. Desired delivery 1 June 2001. FOB: Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery shall be to Blue Grass Army Depot, KY. The RFQ will be issued on or about 12 February 2001.
