Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE AGREEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Systems (VISN 22) at Long Beach, California, Loma Linda, California, San Diego, California, Mission Valley, California, Greater Los Angeles at the North Hills Outpatient Clinic, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada have requirements for a Service Contract for Phillips Medical Systems North America "PACS Systems". Equipment at each site include PCR AC3 3000, Easy Vision, Thoravision 1&2, and SCP Generators. Contract will provide for conversion from Co-op Maintenance Services to Full Service Maintenance or Full Service Maintenance to Co-op Maintenance as required. Contract to be effective for the period of One (1) year. This is not a request for offers. Solicitation issues on or about February 1, 2001 and closes on or about March 2, 2001.
