Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for Fabric. The period of performance shall be One (1) Base Year with Four (4) Options Years, if exercised. Specifications shall be as follows: Line Item 0001: FAB9728 -- Jersey Nylon/Spandex, Black, 60" cuttable width, verified per CFRD/PD-99-01A. Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Waseca, MN. Delivery acceptance is 45 days After Receipt of Order. The Minimum Guaranteed 10,000 yards. The Total Quantity is 20,000.00 yards. This requirement is Domestic only. Samples of the fabric may be obtained by contacting Steve Jacobs @ 507-835-8972 ext. 3403. The award will be based on the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are Past Performance, Specifications and Price. Past Performance and Specifications when combined are significantly more information than cost or price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about 02/12/01.
