Description

The work to be performed consists of extending community water and sewer mains, installing 625 feet of 8" C900 water main, 500 feet of 8" sewer main, 1 hydrant, and constructing a small sewage lift station with an auto-dialer. Project completion time is estimated to be 75 days after notice to proceed. The estimated construction cost is under $100,000. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 51% Indian-owned, controlled and operated firms under the authority of the Buy-Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation paragraph 380.503(e), not more than fifty (50) percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act shall be subcontracted to other than Indian-owned firms. For this purpose, work to be performed does not include the provision of materials, supplies, or equipment. A pre-solicitation notice is being issued concurrently with this notice.
