Description

The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, transportation, tools equipment and materials, and performing all operations in connection with the installation, casing, screening and cleanout of groundwater monitoring wells. Wells shall be installed by direct push or small diameter drilling technology. Work will be performed at sites located throughout Western Washington, located on or near Indian Reservations or lands. Sites are located in or close to Deming, Lacey, Shelton, Sequim, and Tokeland. The estimated construction cost is under $100,000. Project completion time is estimated to be 30 days after notice to proceed. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted per the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. A pre-solicitation notice is being issued concurrently with this notice. Bid documents will be available on about February 11, 2001 at the HHS/IHS/Engineering Services address listed above.
