Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform haulout upgrades at U. S. Coast Guard Group Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC. Major work items include replacing building HVAC system, replacing building lighting, applying epoxy floor coating on the building floor, replacing a portion of adjacent concrete paving, replacing a portion of the underground electrical conduit, replacing building doors including a large motor operated overhead rolling door, and replacing sealant between precast concrete building wall panels. Unit items will include replacement of additional associated cable and electrical conduit and concrete pavement and removal or repair of doors and frames, precast concrete wall panels, roof skylights and exterior sealant. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
