Description

Provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment for the garage improvements, Maintenance Garage, Building 157, U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, NJ. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1) Demolition of existing carport roofing and related items; 1.2) Demolition of existing carport end walls; 1.3) Repair of rusted wide flanged beam; 1.4) Construction of an additional carport bay; 1.5) Blasting and painting of all ferrous metal components; 1.6) Construction of concrete block end walls, and 1.7) Installation of new corrugated stainless steel roofing. The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 233320 (formerly SIC 1542). Due dates for quotes will be not less than 30 days after issuance. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
