Description

The project is for DESIGN/CONSTRUCT, WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD REPLACEMENT, HARRISON VILLA IV, FORT LEE, VIRGINIA. The work includes, the demolition of 65 units of family housing and associated structures, units are arranged in a townhouse type configuration with up to 12 units in a single building. Construct improvements and repairs to a 270 SF screen porch on a GOQ Unit. Construction of not less than 51 family housing units in the Harrison Villa Neighborhood. Units include 1200 sf 3 br and 1350 sf 4 br. Existing utilities and utility infrastructure are to be retained and may be reused. New utility mains and laterals will be required to support the new housing units. Base bid also includes tot lots, basketball courts, roadways, sidewalks, bus stop shelters, parking areas, and other features normally included in residential developments. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $7,000,000.00 and $9,000,000.00. Duration of the project is 720 calendar days.
