Solicitation for a new construction leased postal facility as a new Main Office in Fort Lawn, SC 29714. Construction of approximately 4,109 net interior square foot building to be constructed on an USPS controlled site of approximately 108,464 gross square feet of land. The site is described as follows: Northwest corner of South Carolina Highway 9 and Robin Hood Road in Fort Lawn, SC for a purchase price of $100,000.00. The base lease term is for 20 years with four five-year renewal options.
