Description

The USPS is completing final site and building plans for a new leased building of 2,585 net interior square feet on a controlled site of 43,560 square feet. Offerors will be required to acquire the site, construct the specified building and upon completion, agree to execute a lease with the Postal Service for the entire property. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is complete; conveys an appropriate level of experience and references to assure performance of the specified requirements; conveys a well considered development plan (i.e. construction cost assessment, identified financing/equity sources); and outlines a well-conceived and equitable rental package acceptable to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about January 22, 2001 for a $125.00 non-refundable fee.
