Description

US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award one (1) firm fixed-price, effective for a one (1) year period with the option to renew for an additional four (4) one-year periods, contract. The Contractor shall provide the following: Rental/lease of automated power factor test equipment for use on industrial/utility high voltage generating/transmission equipment and the use of a database with expert analysis imbedded in the software as well as an archiving capability. Provision of insulating oil testing services (including furanic compounds and degree of polymerization testing), expert analysis of questionable test results and continual updating services of the expert database. Access to shared database of other industrial and utility users of the service provider, biannual conference of the service providers users, annual world wide insulating oil survey, and participation in users group development of expert system database software. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for the past three years not in excess of $18,000,000.00.
