Description

1. The Army Education Centers, Fort Myer and the Pentagon, Virginia, initiate this Request for Proposal to Institutions interested in providing Education Programs and Services on these Military Installations. 2. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be awarded to those Institutions demonstrating a high probability of success in meeting the clientele education needs. 3. Needs Assessments, Criteria and Degree Programs lists will be the basis for determining the award of a MOU and are available upon request. 4.
