Description This acquisition is set aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) Section 8(a) small business concerns subject to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722310 with a size standard of $15 Million. The solicitation shall be competitively bid among Section 8(a) small business concerns. The 90th Contracting Squadron at F. E. Warren AFB, WY has a requirement for Food Mess Attendant Service at one dining facility. The contractor shall provide cashiers, food mess attendants and contingency cooks to perform the following tasks: serving and replenishing food, cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils, preparing vegetables and fruits for the salad bar, bussing tables in dining areas, performing cashier services, handling foods, supplies and equipment, maintaining quality control, ensuring operator maintenance and minor repair of food service equipment, food servers, janitorial service and emergency contingency cooking when required to ensure continued food service. Contract performance shall commence on or about 1 Apr 01. The basic contract period will be for the period 1 Apr 01 through 30 Sep 01 with four option years. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 6 Feb 01 with closing date 20 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal_Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. When solicitation is downloaded, it should be read completely, as there are milestones an offeror will need to meet to be considered responsive. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov At the home page select the EPS for Vendors.
