Description

The Contractor shall provide all supplies, tools, materials, equipment, labor, expert supervision, management and transportation to perform all works required to maintain grounds and exterior horizontal surfaces (including the interior of the 8-level parking garage. This solicitation contains three (3) seperate areas of concern -- Grounds Maintenance, Lawn and Landscape Maintenance and High Pressure Water Washing. Award may be maded to one (1) or more companies. Solicitations will be issued on or about February 6, 2001. Request for documents must be in writing. Reguest can be faxed to (504) 589-5289. This procurement is being done in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commerical Item and is set aside for samll businesses. Bid opening will be held on Tuesday March 6, 2001 at 2:00 p.m., at the VA Medical Center, New Orleans, LA, Bldg #2, 4th floor, Room 405, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA 70146.
