Description

A Briefing for Industry will be held on 30 January 2001 at the Air Force Research Laboratory Conference Center (Bldg 201), Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico 87117 for the Microsatellite for Proximity Operations (XSS-11) procurement. Sign-in will commence at 8:00 a.m. with briefing to follow at 8:30 a.m. This Program Research and Development Announcement (PRDA) is for the design, fabrication, delivery and support for testing and on-orbit operations of a space-qualifiable microsatellite for proximity operations to meet Air Force technology and mission needs focusing on affordability and feasibility. COMPANIES ARE LIMITED TO TWO (2) ATTENDEES. Following the general briefing, one-on-one briefings, 15-30 minutes in length will take place. If necessary, the one-on-one briefings will take place on 31 January 2001, also. Interested companies are invited to submit to Captain Terry Emory, via e-mail at terry.emory@kirtland.af.mil or fax (505) 846-7549, names, addresses and phone numbers of attendees NLT 26 January 2001. This meeting is restricted to US citizens only and each attendee is required to send a visit request to include social security number and date and place of birth to Capt. Emory.
