Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to issue a sole source contract to Karen Brooks, 420 Central Park West, New York, NY 10025 to provide continuing expert advice and assistance to the Census Bureau's Foreign Trade Division in assessing the current Automated Export System (AES)marketing reports and participation in AES and designing, developing and implementing a marketing plan for AES. Period of performance will be through September 30, 2001. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source that possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
