Description

This Request for Quotes is to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contracts for professional facilitation. Task orders will be firm-fixed price and awardees will compete for task orders to perform various facilitation efforts. Facilitator will support various meetings as directed per individual task orders. The contractor must act as the neutral 3rd party during the facilitations sessions and shall not interject opinions that may affect the discussions. Contractor will be responsible for planning the agenda, ensure meeting objectives are met, establish ground rules, keep meeting on track and provide meeting minutes/results following each session. Meetings will be held at various times of the year and durations of meetings will vary, but will be defined in each individual task order. Locations of these meetings will be at various locations throughout the New Mexico State Office Region. This region consist of all of New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma.
