Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking proposals for EEO Transcription Services. All interested parties whiching consideration shall submit a request for solicitation in writing to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, 320 First Street, N.W., Suite 5002, Washington, D.C. 20534; ATTN: Carol Perry, Contracting Officer. Request for solicitation may be faxed to (202)514-0523, or through the Internet to cperry@bop.gov. TELEPHONIC REQUEST FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In an effort to reduce the number of duplicate requests, if you elect to fax your request in writing, or transmit your request via Internet services, PLEASE, DO NOT FOLLOW UP WITH A HARD/MAILED COPY. This solicitation will contain provisions for a base and two (2) one-year option periods, which the Government hereby reserves the unilateral right to exercise. It is the intent of the Federal Bureau of Prisons to make a single award to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government in terms of technical superiority, past performance, and price, listed in decending order of importance. Prospective offers are herby advised that the due date for receipt of the proposals published in this synopsis is tentative and is subject to change.
