Description

CONCESSIONAIRE to construct, maintains and operates a Nutrition/Juice Bar. The Nutrition/Juice Bar is to be located in the West Fitness Center at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, materials and equipment, tools, cabinetry, supplies, transportation, supervision, delivery, and other items and services as required to operate. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 722213. The performance period will be for a one-year basic period with four one-year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notices and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No Paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com or via phone at CCR (888) 352-9333. _This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars._This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government_s ultimate approach nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
