The Innovative Pavement Research Foundation (IPRF)under Cooperative Agreement No. DTFH61-99-X-00008 with Federal Highway Administration is seeking highly qualified organizations and individuals to submit proposals for Task 15 (01) Program Development, Management, and Communication Services for the Concrete Pavement Technology Program.
