Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures (SAP)FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. Solicitation number DASW02-01-T-0002 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 334419 and the size standard is 500 employees. This requirements is for the following: CLIN 0001 -- 10 each Macintosh G4 Graphics Workstation with duel 500MHx PowerPC G4-1MB L2 cache, 2 each 512MB SDRAM DIMMs preinstalled and tested; preinstalled 18GB Ultra2 SCSI hard drive with 2-channel Ultra2 SCSI card, preinstalled 100 MB zip drive with matching factory bezelm, DVD-ROM drive with DVD-video, RAGE 128 AGP card and cable adapter, 3 year AppleCare Protection Plan; CLIN 2 -- 10 each Monitor, color, LaCie 22", blue, 20" viewable area, 0.24mm dot pitch, 2048 x 1536 @ 75MHz resolution, Diamondtron FLAT Apeture Girlle, colorific hood; CLIN 3 -- 10 each calibrator, LaCie blue eye. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination within 90 days after award. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. This will be a firm fixed price contract and utilizing SAP. To be eligible for award you must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors shall provide its Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE).
